There will be a "Drug Take Back" on Sat., April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lake Charles Civic Center, to allow safe disposal of unwanted prescription drugs.
Operation 27 was a combined effort by the Louisiana State Police, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, the Lake Charles Police Department, Homeland Security, The Drug Enforcement Agency and the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office.
