Not only have we hosted the CMN Radiothon for several years, we have also played a part in the CMN Telethon and most importantly, we know the local miracle kids. When you help a child through our Children's Miracle Network radiothon today, it's not someone in a remote city on the other side of the world  It's your neighbors right here in the Lake Area.  Seven-year-old Devon helped drive home that idea for us yesterday.

When most people think of Children's Miracle Network, they think about sick kids and hospitals.  While CMN does provide a lot of life saving equipment to Christus St. Patrick Hospital, the organization also helps in early detection and screening programs in local schools. We're asking for your help. Here is how you can make a MIRACLE happen:

Today and tomorrow (June 22), 92.9 The Lake will be setting aside a lot of regular programming for a very special reason — we’ll be smack in the middle of our Children’s Miracle Network Radiothon.  We need you to help us make the lives of children better in Southwest Louisiana, and we’re asking you to give what you can.
