After a moving eulogy, the guitarist performed "Ripple" in honor of his late friend.

His final performance took place Aug. 3, 2025 and honored the band's 60th anniversary.

With bassist Phil Lesh's recent passing, Weir is reconsidering the options.

Streaming charity event will also feature members of Queens of the Stone Age, Rage Against the Machine and the Strokes.
