The first time I heard this I just lost it. It was first released in 1977 on Label 21 Records as 'That's Not Funny, That's Sick.'
Now, obviously, it's not really Fred Rogers talking to a bass player but it's a pretty spot on impression by Christopher Guest. You may remember Christopher Guess from 'This is Spinal Tap' or "The Princess Bride.'
