The American Red Cross is ready to help before, during, and after Hurricane Delta hits the Gulf Coast.

American Idol champ and Louisiana native Laine Hardy felt a strong calling to give back in some way. That way will be through a live stream show this Monday, September 28th to help out.

With the freezing temperatures upon once again, it's important to remember not all us have a warm, dry place the get out of the cold.  If you or someone you know is in need of shelter during this winter storm there are a few shelters in our area that can help them.

We saw them when we were hurting after Hurricanes Rita and Ike. They brought meals, water and much needed supplies. Now they are on the ground helping victims or the horrible tornadoes in Oklahoma. You can help by just sending a text.
