SWLA Folks Flood Local Hospital Parking Lots to Show Support
In the time of all this uncertainty, a feel good story is what we all need and we have just the one for you!
A local registered nurse, Jessica Berry Walter, at West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital in Sulphur, Louisiana posted a stunning video yesterday of what she saw when she walked out from work last night.
People had packed the parking lot of the West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, staying in their cars, flashing their headlights, and playing music. Folks also stood right outside their cars and took their cell phones out and turned on the flashlights, waving them in the air.
This was all to show support to all the doctors, nurses and hospital staff for all the hard work and stress they are under right now during the coronavirus outbreak.
Check out this stunning show of support.
And here is another one.
