Steamboat Bill’s is Opening in Texas

Steamboat Bill's has been a staple eatery in SWLA since the late '80s. It resides right off of I-10 in Lake Charles with another location on Broad Street. Seafood is their specialty and they serve a ton of it. If you are a resident of the area, you have eaten there at least once or twice. Whether it was for a birthday, friends/family visiting, or someone else was paying, you have enjoyed the amazing selection they have to offer.

Now, it seems Texas is going to get a taste of Louisiana. According to Click2Houston, the new Steamboat Bill's location will be in Pearland, Texas. Doors will open on October 1. One commenter made the remark that it was being opened up next to a cemetery. I just say it's because people are dying to go eat at Steamboat Bill's.
