Southwest Louisiana Headed Back To School Next Week — 2019 Dates To Know

Summer is officially coming to an end and that means back to school for the Southwest Louisiana schools next week! Here are the dates school start back up in the five Parish area.

Yep that's right, school will be back in session next week for most of the five parish area schools. Stores will be packed as parents, grandparents, and the kiddos will be stocking up on uniforms and school supplies for the upcoming year.

Beauregard Parish -- start Monday, August 5th, 2019

Cameron, Allen and Jeff Davis Parish -- start Friday, August 9th, 2019

Calcasieu Parish -- start Tuesday, August 13th, 2019

With that being said, be aware of these dates and make sure to observe all school zones and watch your speeds.
