Should the FCC Fine CBS for Airing Flacco’s F-Bomb

CBS has the technology to keep idiots who are not able to express themselves without dropping the F-Bomb from making it to the airwaves. They chose not to use any of that technology after Sunday's Super Bowl. Should the FCC levy a fine against the network?
