See These New Exhibits At Historic City Hall In Lake Charles

Lake Charles is a beautiful place and yes we have truly seen better days but at the end of the day, we are a family of people who truly love to live and have fun. When I tell people about many of the things that we have here to explore, many don't truly believe that we have that here and I love proving them wrong.

There will be two upcoming traveling exhibits "Art of Aloha Shirt" and "Infamy: December 7, 1941, that will be open to the public this Friday, April 1 at 6 p.m. inside the Historic City Hall Arts and Cultural Center 1001 Ryan Street. There will also be two additional exhibits by my favorites the Black Heritage Galler and Artisans' Gallery. There will be a joint opening reception planned from 6 to 8 p.m.

All of these displays will feature a different array of things that you will all be able to embrace and take on as something to remember. Make sure you are in attendance for these great events kicking off this Friday and will have a schedule after the launch Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission will be free for all of the events, and don't forget about the Charlestown Farmers' Market that will be open on Bilbo Street behind the center every Saturday 8 a.m. till noon.
