Sam Houston Jones State Park Now Offers Upscale Camping Sites

Are you ready to get out of the house and have some fun? Ever wanted to go camping but you don't have a 5th wheel, camper, or even a tent? Well, Sam Houston Jones State Park in Moss Bluff now has you covered!

The state park announced on their Facebook page that they have teamed up with Tentrr and are now offering an upscale way to go camping without traveling too far. That's right, it's right here in our own backyard in Moss Bluff, Louisiana, a suburb of Lake Charles.

If you are unfamiliar with Sam Houston Jones State Park, it is nestled on the West Fork of the Calcasieu River and offers beautiful scenery, fishing, boating, trails, and now upscale camping.

They are calling the new camping experience " A Glamping Campsites". According to the park's Facebook page, They come with,

Pre-set sturdy canvas tent on its own wooden deck platform, queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress and side tables, picnic table, fire pit with a grill, solar shower, and portable camp toilet.
