Special teams have been a point of contention for the New Orleans Saints over the years and this off-season the team has really addressed it in free agency. They've already brought in Marcus Sherrels as well as resigning Chris Banjo and Craig Robertson and now according to reports they might be looking to add a former Pro Bowler.

Bryden Trawick who made the Pro Bowl in 2017 as a Tennessee Titan met with the Saints on Tuesday at their facility according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

He's labeled as a safety but the majority of his NFL experience has come on special teams. In fact, he produced more snaps on special teams over the past two seasons for the Titans (399 in 2017, and 341 in 2018) than any other player in the league. As for defense, he’s appeared only four times during that span of time. If he's signed and makes the team, it would likely be purely in the capacity of special teams help.
