Commies party longer than us? Say it ain't so! Russians leave us way behind when it comes to New Years Eve. Surprisingly New Orleans did not make to top twenty party cities list.

According to Jawbone  30% of Americans are in bed before midnight on New Years Eve (guilty!) They compiled a list of what city's residents party the latest on New Years Eve and no U.S. city made the top 20! Have they never been to New Orleans? The top city was Moscow where residents party until 3:43 a.m.. That was followed by another Russian city (St. Petersburg.) The latest any U. S. city parties (according to this list) is Astoria (Queens) New York at 2:38 a.m.. How late do you stay up?
