Residential Naked Hangout Club Has Neighbors in Fully-Clothed Furor

Neighbors in Cocoa, Florida are up in arms because someone in their neighborhood is running a “naked hangout club,” which is officially known as the Alta Vista Hilltop Retreat.

People are upset for a variety of reasons, including too many cars on the street and loud noise.

The club’s owner has posted an online ad in which he charges $99 a night and promises a “clothing-optional pool.” And the fact he's operating what amounts to a bed-and-breakfast may be the real problem, since permits are required.
