Another wonderful import from China. These lamps can short-circuit and cause electrical shock as well as fire.

This is a brand new recall and nearly half a million of these lamps have been sold around the country.  the lamps were carried at Bed Bath & Beyond, Bonton, JCPenney, Kohls, Office Max, Toys "R" Us stores nationwide as well as the online retailers Amazon, Ideeli, JCPenney, Kohls, Macy's and Overstock from June 2010 through March 2012 for between $10 and $20.
