Michael Jackson Fans Sue Jackson’s Doc for ‘Emotional Damage’ and Win

Five French fans of Michael Jackson sued Dr. Conrad Murray for the emotional damage it caused them when their favorite pop star died. Sounds silly, doesn't it? Well, as silly as it may seem, the five fans won their case and got a cash award!A French court decided that the fans had indeed been emotionally distressed over the death of their idol and awarded each fan a whopping-- One Euro. As of Tuesday, February 11, that boils down to about $1.37.

29 other fans had taken part in the suit, but were evidently not as damaged as the ones who won. The 'other 29' got nothing.
