Clarify Capital surveyed over 1,000 Americans about their opinions about different industries and specific brands. They found that 78% voted that the trustworthiness of a business is "very" important to them as consumers.
What makes a business trustworthy?
- 36% said "delivers on promises" and "asks for honest feedback & reviews"
- 35% said "pricing transparency"
- 34% said "builds relationships with customers"
- 33% said "consistent performance"
- 31% said "listen to and acts on customer feedback"
- 30% said "employee training transparency"
- 29% said "provides behind the scenes info about processes" and "easy to use website"
- 28% said "pays employees well"
