The Louisiana State Fair plans on holding it's 115th event this October in Shreveport. The fair will bring back its 14 day run of festivities for the whole family to enjoy. People can expect over 50 high tech rides, the LRCA Finals Rodeo, live music every night, over a dozen free shows and attractions, the largest livestock show in Louisiana, and tons of fair food vendors.
Right now, fairgoers can purchase discount ticket packages. These packages will give you great savings on admission prices and carnival ride armbands. It's actually a really good deal, it could save your up to $16 a day per person. To purchase your advance discount tickets, click here.
