The Arts & Humanities Council of SWLA (AHC) has just received two project assistance grants for arts and culture non-profits. Even more exciting is these Louisiana Project Grants (LPG) are open to arts and the humanities organizations in all 5 parishes of SWLA. So, if you are a non-profit with projects centered around our community, adding to creativity, or related to the quality of life, submit your application today.

Applications to apply for the funds are now available and made possible by the Louisiana Office of Cultural Development and AHC. There will also be a second round of grant opportunities for arts and culture projects administered by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury (CPPJ) to utilize unused funds from the grant program in April. Please note if your organization is ineligible if it has already received funds from the project assistance grants. The next eligibility round will be in the 2022/23 quarter.

***The deadline to apply for the LPG application is due August 31.

***The deadline to apply for CPPJ Grant is September 3.
