It's June and that means it's wedding season in Louisiana. And what comes before the walk down the aisle? That's right, the bachelor and bachelorette parties! And this is why you should think about letting your partner go to one...

I'll be honest, I'm usually a live and let live kind of person and if someone wants to let their hair down for one last blowout before they tie the knot, go for it. But if you feel the need to cheat, then maybe you should examine whether or not you're ready for a committed relationship. Usually, not too much surprises me. Anything goes when it comes to New Orleans, but the rest of Louisiana can be pretty conservative, even though we do enjoy passing a good time. However, this number is disturbing.

New research from BonusFinder.com indicates that over 75% of people from Louisiana have committed unfaithful acts at a bachelor/bachelorette party. Say what? OVER 75%?!?! Yep, 75.3% reported a cheating 'behavior' while attending a bachelor/bachelorette party and the #1 way we were unfaithful? 39% reported receiving a lap dance. Now some of you are debating as to whether or not that's cheating. Save it. No one wants to think of someone else grinding on their significant other. And get this... The study found that women cheat the most. As in 62.9% of the cheaters were female. Isn't that some food for thought? Other ways of cheating that were reported included signing up for dating apps (26.5%) and the most prone to cheat were folks between the ages of 55 - 69 (35.7%). Oh, and before you think, I'm married, I would never... the guests at bachelor/bachelorette parties most likely to engage in naughty behavior? Married ones... 69% of them, in fact.
