
Lake Charles, Louisiana Man Sentenced To 15 Years For Filming Underage Girl
(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - A Lake Charles man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. We have all the details.
On August 11, 2024, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) received a complaint that a Lake Charles man was in the possession of a video of a child under the age of 12 changing and showering in a bathroom.

CPSO and Homeland Security investigators say he hid his phone in the bathroom before the child entered the room. Upon further inspection of his phone, investigators found pictures of the private parts of the child who was under 11 years old at the time of the crimes.
The U.S. Attorney's Office had this to say in a press release:
Kenneth Blake LeBlanc, 33, of Lake Charles, was sentenced yesterday on child pornography charges, announced Acting United States Attorney Alexander C. Van Hook. United States District Judge James D. Cain, Jr. sentenced LeBlanc to 180 months (15 years) in prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release.
