Lake Area Ballet Theatre’s ‘The NutCracker’ This Week In Lake Charles

Have you ever seen 'The NutCracker' ballet before? Well here is your chance as the Lake Area Ballet Theatre presents 'The NutCracker' here In Lake Charles this Thursday through Saturday, December 9th-11th, 2022.

According to the Lake Area Ballet's website,

"The Nutcracker" will capture your imagination and transport you to a magical world of brave toy soldiers and dancing snowflakes. Follow Clara as she embarks on her journey filled with colorful characters, breathtaking costumes and majestic scenery. From this all-local cast of captivating dancers, this enchanting classical ballet - set to the beloved music of Tchaikovsky - continues to enthrall audiences of all ages. Create an annual tradition with family and friends at one of the Lake Area's most beloved holiday events and make memories to cherish for years to come!

The event features four performances in three days. On Thursday, December 9th and Friday, December 10th, the performance will take place at 7:00 pm while there will be two performances on Saturday, December 11th.

Saturday, the performance times will take place at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.  All performances will take place at the McNeese Tritico Theatre located at 4205 Ryan Street in Lake Charles.
