No doubt Joe Walsh maintains a pretty busy schedule. Between his solo career and his job with the Eagles I'm sure Walsh spends a lot of time on the road. That makes his decision to visit with wounded vets at Walter Reed Hospital even more special.

Longtime Eagles and James Gang guitarist Joe Walsh, whose 1991 solo album is titled Ordinary Average Guy, recently visited a group of extraordinary guys at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. The musician sang songs, signed autographs and posed for plenty of pictures with sever wounded soldiers. Walsh wrote, “Spent some time with some amazing and courageous soldiers who are in the Prosthetic Limb Ward. Incredible experience I will never forget.”

Hats off to Joe Walsh for honoring our vets!
