This is the weekend to buy firearms, hunting supplies, ammunition, and more as you'll save local and state sales tax money during Louisiana's 2nd Amendment Sales Tax Holiday.

It's a way to save close to 10% depending on where in Louisiana you are purchasing your items as local sales tax varies.

It's welcome news for anyone who enjoys hunting and saving money. All of the items eligible for the sales tax holiday are for anyone purchasing any of these items.

It's a break many people look forward to each year. And, since the Tax Foundation says Louisiana has the highest average sales tax in the country, we can all use a break.
