The Baton Rouge Regional of the NCAA Baseball Championships has been marred by weather delay after weather delay.

The LSU Tigers had their game against the Oregon State Beavers yesterday pushed back a couple of times, but eventually, the home team would pull out a 6-5 win.

With the win, the Tigers moved to 2-0 and in the proverbial driver's seat in the Regional.

The Beavers had to play again last night in an elimination game against Sam Houston State. That game didn't start until 9:36 pm.

In the end, OSU would pull out the win over the Bearkats by a final of 3-1. The game wrapped up shortly after 12:30 am.

That sets up an Oregon State-LSU re-match today at 1:00 pm from Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge.

The Beavers would have to beat the Tigers in that game to force the "if necessary" game. That first pitch would happen at 5:00 pm.

The games today will be broadcast on ESPN+.
