Look Like Sylvester Stallone? New Orleans Talent Agency Needs You

A New Orleans, Louisiana-based talent agency has put out a call that they are looking for "a person that could be Sylvester Stallone's twin brother". Okay, we are paraphrasing what they are looking for but in essence, that's it. If you look close enough to Sly Stallone that people might confuse you with him or people might ask if there is a family connection then your big break in Hollywood might happen a lot closer to home.

Central Casting Louisiana has announced that they need someone to be Sly Stallone's stand-in as part of the new film Armored.

The movie's plot is the story of a father and son who work in an armored truck as security guards. As you might imagine the film is an action movie but I don't think that's what they are looking to cast. I think Central Casting Louisiana just needs someone who looks like they could be Sylvester Stallone from a distance or the back or in bad lighting if you know what I mean.

So, what are they looking for?

If you are a male about 50 to 60 years old and if your height is about five foot eight inches, give or take. They might want to speak to you. If you have dark hair, similar colored eyes, and your skin tone is about the same as Stallone's then there's a possibility that you could be hired for the "run of production".

We did a little snooping and on average a "stand-in" for a Hollywood feature film could gross between $300 and $400 a day. Now, that's not the norm but there is good money to be made if you look like Stallone and don't mind a lot of standing around and waiting.

The new film Armored is in production right now along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In fact, they are shooting in Pearlington, Waveland, and a few other locations this week. So, if you happen to be headed toward the Mississippi Gulf Coast and see someone who looks like Sylvester Stallone, it could be him or maybe it's someone who looks just like him.
