SWLA College Band Recruitment Day Taking Place In Lake Charles

Calling all high school band seniors! If you want to take your music skills to the next level, you're in luck! Don't miss the SWLA Band Recruitment Day Saturday, February 4, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Washington-Marion Magnet High School (2802 Pineview Street).

As you continue your academic journey, music can still play a role in your higher learning future! All high school seniors are invited to audition at Band Recruitment Day for a chance to earn band scholarships!

This is a wonderful opportunity as more than 12 band representatives from colleges and universities will attend. Those schools include Southern University, Grambling State University, McNeese State University, and more.
