Lake Charles, LA [KNGT-FM] - Can you believe that it is the end of May already? Now that we are through Memorial Day, the unofficial start of Summer has begun. The kids are out of school, you have been working like crazy, and now you may just want to take a break and do something fun.

There are big concerts, comedy shows, and other fun events taking place this weekend in the Lake Area. We took a look around and made this list of things happening.

British social media sensations and influencers, Josh and Jase, will be live at L'Auberge Casino Resort on Saturday, May 30th, 2026. With over 3 million followers on Facebook, the crazy guys' show is called "Josh and Jace Cut Loose" and will feature them discussing their wild travel stories, and Q&A with the audience, and get ready because no topic is off-limits.

Facebook Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition

Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition will be live at Jellystone RV Park and Resort on Saturday, May 30th, performing live under the pavilion. The show will get underway at 7:00 pm, and you don't have to stay at the park to attend the concert.

Comedian Marlon Wayans will be performing live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center on Friday, May 29th at 8:30 pm. The star from all the Scary Movie spoofs of the original film Scream will be live, making you laugh all night.

Sebastian Bach Skid Row

The 80s Rock Invasion pool party is taking place this Sunday, May 31st, at the L'Auberge Casino Resort, hosted by yours truly. It features some of the most popular heavy metal artists of the decade. Tickets are available at the casino box office website here.
