Lake Charles, La [KNGT-FM] - It is hard to believe that we are coming to the end of another year of the Cowboy Block Parties presented by Lake Charles Toyota. It feels like we just started the parties, and yet the last one is this Friday night, November 14th.

So far this year, we have had a phenomenal lineup of artists playing the block parties for the 2025 football season. So far this season, we have had Wayne Toups, The Molly Ringwalds, The Flamethrowers, LA ROXX, and the Chee Weez. They all did a great job entertaining the McNeese football fans at each event.

Here is your final chance this season to attend the absolutely free Cowboy Block Party. The final party is set for this Friday night, November 14, 2025, at the groove on the corner of Common and McNeese Streets in Lake Charles. The finale will feature those crazy boys from Cameron Parish, Steel Shot.

These crazy Cajuns from Cameron will have you dancing, smiling, and singing all night long at the finale of the 2025 Cowboy Block Party. The start time for the party has changed.

The McNeese Cowboys Men's basketball team will be playing the Ragin' Cajuns from Lafayette starting at 6:00 pm that night inside the Townsley Law Center. So with that being said, the Block Party gates will open at 7:00 pm instead of 6:00 pm, and Steelshot will hit the stage at 8:30 pm instead of the usual start time of 7:30 pm.
