SWLA Game Of The Week: Week 5 Game Announcement
We wait all year long for football season to arrive, and then if you blink, it's over. High School Football is already nearly halfway through the 2023 Regular Season. Week Five is here and we've got a great matchup on hand for our Southwest Louisiana Game of the Week Driven by Lake Charles Toyota.
Last week on our Game of the Week, we no doubt had our best matchup of the season as the Oakdale Warriors won an absolutely thrilling contest over the Grand Lake Hornets. A teeter-totter ball game saw the game be tied with a little over a minute to play until Oakdale would take the lead with 1:04 to play in the contest. The Warriors move to 4-0 for the first time since 2007.
