Golden Nugget Lake Charles Adds Second Matt Mathews Show

Lake Charles, LA [KNGT-FM] - Comedy fans in Southwest Louisiana are proving once again that they cannot get enough of Matt Mathews. Just days after the presale tickets went on sale Tuesday for his upcoming performance at Golden Nugget Lake Charles, demand has already been so overwhelming that the casino resort has officially added a second show for the same night.

Earlier this week, organizers announced that Matt Mathews would return to Lake Charles on Friday, November 13, 2026, as part of his massively successful “Not What I Ordered” Tour. Almost immediately after presale tickets became available, fans flooded the online ticket outlets, pushing the first scheduled performance close to a complete sellout within days.

Because of the massive response, Golden Nugget officials have now added a second performance that same evening to accommodate the growing demand. The resort posted the news on its Facebook page, along with what you need to know. They said,

Y’all asked, and we delivered a second show for Matt Mathews, who has officially been added at Golden Nugget Lake Charles on November 13!

The original 7 PM show is almost SOLD OUT, so don’t wait to lock in your seats while pre-sale is still live

The doors will open for the first show at 6:30 pm, and the show will start at 7:00 pm. The second show added will have doors open at 9:10 pm with the show starting at 9:30 pm.
