Crawfish season also spawns get-togethers all over the state, with crawfish boils happening in people's yards, back porches, and at any friend or family gathering. When that water starts boiling and the first scoop of season goes in, and the smell of the season fills the air, it puts a smile on everyone's face.

We were browsing through social media yesterday when we stumbled across a post from one of our great locally owned businesses, Mr. Bill's Seafood Express. We took a double-take at the post we saw, hoping that it was true. And it was. They announced that they would begin starting to served hot boiled crawfish starting today.
Now that is what we are talking about. Now you are able to get hot boiled crawfish even before Santa visits the Southwest Louisiana area. So gather your friends, bring your appetite, and get ready to mow down some of those delicious crustations.
If you know of any other places in the Southwest Louisiana area serving crawfish, please let us know, and we will add them to the list here.
