It’s Girl Scout Cookie Time — Here’s How to get Your Cookies Now

We had a great time hanging out with the local Girl Scouts this past Saturday. We were at Ashley Furniture to promote the fact that it's Girl Scout Cookie time and a lot of folks came out and joined us to buy their cookies for 2015.

Every time you buy a box of Girl Scout cookies, you're helping out local girls because the money from Girl Scout cookie sales stays right here to help out the local Girl Scouts council.

The girls involved learn some pretty important life lessons from all this. they learn about goal setting, decision making, people skills, money management and business ethics. All lessons that will serve them well later in life.

You might be wondering how the money is used. Well, your Girl Scout Cookie purchase goes toward great programs, activities, trips and service projects right here in the Lake Area.
