How Much Would The Gifts From ‘The 12 Days of Christmas’ Cost?
It's hard to think that December is tomorrow. If you didn't locate a partridge in a pear tree for a great deal on Black Friday, you had better act quickly before all the stores sell out.

This year's cost is $46,730, a 2.7% increase from last year. Alternatively, if you purchased the goods repeatedly every day as the song implies, that would be 364 gifts in total, that would be more than $201,000.
Here's a breakdown of how much it would cost to buy or hire all 12 things:
- Twelve drummers drumming - $3,468
- Eleven pipers piping - $3,207
- Ten lords-a-leaping - $14,539
- Nine ladies dancing - $8,308
- Eight maids-a-milking - $58
- Seven swans-a-swimming - 13,125
- Six geese-a-laying - $780
- Five gold rings - $1,245
- Four calling birds - $600
- Three French hens - $330
- Two turtle doves - $750
- And a partridge in a pear tree - $319
It seems like the crazy inflation we saw this year would jolt the prices, however, the 2.7% hike was actually the smallest year-over-year increase since 2019.
