Hocus Pocus 2 In The Works Says Sarah Jessica Parker

The movie Hocus Pocus has become a family tradition for many Americans before or during Halloween.

There's been a lot of scuttlebutt on the interwebs lately about a possible sequel to the popular movie.  Yesterday, IGN reported that in fact there is a Hocus Pocus 2 in the works for the new Disney+ streaming service.

Sarah Jessica Parker, who played Sarah Sanderson on the original movie, posted a picture from the cult favorite with the caption, "Halloween 2019 One for the books. X, SJ"

A fan asked if there was a chance for a sequel, to which Parker responded, "We have all said yes. Now we wait."

Bette Midler, who played Winifred Sanderson, told ET that "she can't wait to read the script".
