Free Self Defense Class For Women In Lake Charles

The Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Dojo in Lake Charles will be holding a free event for women who are interested in learning self defense techniques.

This event will be held on February 23rd from 3pm - 5pm.

Please come in the appropriate attire:

• Comfortable clothes (such as leggings, workout clothes, t-shirts, anything that provides you with free movement)
• Sandals or flip-flops
• No jewelry
