Crime Stoppers Reporter Gets Up Close and Personal About Crime

The officer in this Crime Stoppers report is Lieutenant Higgins of St. Landry Parish and he's rapidly becoming a YouTube star. It's obvious from the report that Lt. Higgins just might be friends of the family that was victimized when a burglar broke into their restaurant and made off with "hundreds of dollars of cash.'

Higgins talks about the family and what an important part of the community they are and then moves in closer to the camera for a very personal message to the perp. Higgins informs the scum bag that did the crime that he will be caught and that his next meal will be slid through a small hole in a cell door while Higgins enjoys a burger and fries at the restaurant.

I love the part where Higgins tells the guy that he will be recognized and turned in because, "the people that you know don't like you anyway."
