It seems that if your city is a cruise line port that you're a shoo-in for a rise in coronavirus (COVID-19) cases.

Nola.com is reporting that late yesterday, Louisiana State Officials confirmed three more residents tested positive for coronavirus in New Orleans, bringing our state total up to six.

All three residents are from New Orleans and are being treated in local hospitals.

The first case of coronavirus was announced Monday, and it was followed by two more residents testing positive Tuesday afternoon, followed by three more cases announced late Tuesday.

Governor Edwards said that residents should expect more cases to be confirmed as the state is currently testing 43 more patients.
