Comedian/Actor Chris Tucker Performing In Lake Charles Next Year

Award winning actor and comedian Chris Tucker will be performing in Lake Charles and he's bringing the funny.

Tucker was born in Atlanta, GA and was one of six children. He found early in his childhood that humor was a great way to draw attention to himself.  After graduating high school he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in comedy and acting.

In 1992 he was a staple comedian on Def Comedy Jam and got his first acting gig in 1995 with the movie House Party 3.  He went on to star in tons of blockbuster films like Money Talks, The Fifth Element, Rush Hour, and many more.

Outside of comedy, Tucker is a dedicated philanthropist and humanitarian, spending much of his spare time traveling around the world, doing philanthropic work to make a difference through The Chris Tucker Foundation.

He'll take the Grand Event Center stage on Friday February 28, 2020 at the Golden Nugget at 8:30pm.
