Cheap Trick Performing In Lake Charles This October
Rock superstars Cheap Trick will be performing in Lake Charles this October in a venue that hasn't seen many concerts over the past few years.
Cheap Trick was formed in Rockford, Illinois in 1973. They released their debut album in 1977. The band first gained popularity in Japan before hitting it big in the U.S. in 1979 with their live album Cheap Trick at Budokan. Throughout their career they have been one of the most active touring bands in the music industry performing over 3,700 times. The band has sold over 20 million records and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

Hear their greatest hits of all time:
- I Want You To Want Me
- The Flame
- Surrender
- Ain't That A Shame
- And Many More!
The band will be playing at a venue that hasn't seen many concerts in the past few years here in SWLA. At one time, L'auberge used to be the premiere concert venue in Lake Charles before the Golden Nugget rolled into town. Now it seems like they're putting their hat back into the ring and starting to bring in some really quality bands and comics.
Cheap Trick will take the L'auberge Event Center stage on Saturday, October 9 at 8:00pm.
