Here's a rundown of Calcasieu Parish Labor Day closures

Calcasieu Parish:

Calcasieu River Saltwater Barrier: The Calcasieu Saltwater Barrier's extended hours of operation for the Labor Day holiday are 7 a.m. to noon on Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.

Chennault International Airport Authority: Offices closed Monday. Will resume normal hours on Tuesday.

City of Lake Charles: Offices and recycling services closed on Monday. Will resume normal hours on Tuesday. Garbage normally picked up on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, September 2. Trash normally picked up on Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday, September 3. Thursday and Friday routes will run according to their usual schedules.
