Over 39 million people will watch today's Rose Bowl Parade. Why the fascination? Could it be because the Rose Bowl parade is actually a green parade?

All of the floats must be covered in natural materials. These floats must all be covered at the last minute. The floats can cost hundreds of thousands of collars.
