The weather has been, for the most part, pretty nice lately, but early next week we can look for a taste of the winter weather that has been plaguing the rest of the country.

Not nearly as bad as the weather in New England, but we will have our own bit of ice to deal with.

As we head into the weekend, there is quite a bit of rain in the forecast and temperatures will remain, for the most part, quite mild. Monday, though, will bring with it more of a winter mix and we could see some freezing rain on Monday night and on Tuesday.

Our overnight lows will be in the low 30's and the daytime highs will only reach the low 40's. Along with the cooler temps we'll have 40% chance of freezing rain Monday evening and a %30 chance of freezing rain Monday during the day.

Sorry, no mention of snow in the forecast.
