Westlake Man Gets Fourth DWI

So there was Samuel Wade Dubois weaving down I-10 Saturday afternoon. Samuel is pretty good at weaving. He already had three DWI offenses and was operating a vehicle with an ignition interlock. He somehow got around the interlock. He did not avoid his fourth DWI.

It was probably not surprise that the trooper noticed a strong smell of burnt marijuana in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle turned up an assortment of illegal drugs like partially smoked marijuana, rolling papers, seven bags of synthetic marijuana. Xanax and other paraphernalia. Obviously Dubois had no qualms about taking the party with him. He will have some time to straighten out in jail.
