Trash Bash Slated for April 25 at Chenault

Here's your chance to get that Spring Cleaning done and get rid of all the trash that's been piling up all Winter. It's the Residential Trash Bash and it's coming up April 25th at Chennault International Airport.

The Trash bash will be Saturday, April 25 and it runs from 8-11 a.m.

As always, there are a few rules that go along with the convenience of being able to get rid of all that unwanted trash in one location.

There's a long list of acceptable items including clothing, electronics with plugs and motor oil to name just a few, but there are also items that will not qualify for disposal at the Trash Bash.

Unacceptable items include ammunition or explosives, asbestos materials, boats, compressed gas cylinders with valves, freon items, household hazardous waste, lawnmowers, medical waste and medications.
