Update — Trpoical Storm Dorian

Tropical depression 4 has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Dorian. Here is a projected track of this storm system.

Dorian is expected to follow the track on the forecast map, but variable conditions make the future of the storm fairly unpredictable. While the storm is moving into warmer waters which could cause the storm to intensify, there are also wind shears that could cause the storm to weaken and dissipate.
