Can you imagine if all advertising was 100% honest. I mean can you imagine if they stripped away all the hyperbole and just told you want you were really getting?

Car advertising would be completely honest about the product. Food advertising would be completely would have to stop making the product look magical. 'Hey folks, it's a damn hamburger! You can get these anywhere and it's just something to eat.'

Beer and soft drink commercials would have to scroll something across the screen like, 'Drinking this product will not enhance your ability to ski, skydive or ride a horse. Good friends and beautiful women sold separately.'
