Talk about a shopping spree! The man in the picture isIzell Mayes of new Orleans. Last year, he was a passenger in a car that was stopped for speeding. the guy driving got a speeding ticket, but when the cops started checking this out on Mayes, they found that he had a ton of counterfeit cards on him and the charges starting piling up.
