While we dodged another ice storm, there were still a few problems blamed on the cold

It looks like Southwest Louisiana could be facing five days where the high never tops 60 degrees. It starts tonight when north winds hit Lake Charles and tomorrow's high is only 59 degrees. Then it gets colder.
