Black Heritage Festival to Feature Frankie Beverly and Maze
The Black Heritage Festival is coming to the Lake Charles Civic Center this weekend. Three days of great entertainment, food and of course, great music. Entertaining at the festival will be comedian/magician Dewayne Hill, musician Leon Chavis and Frankie Beverly and Maze.
